If you are buying or selling a property, please review the appropriate   Protocol below by clicking on the link. Please note that each Protocol has been prepared in conjunction with the Queensland Law Society and contains the firm's preliminary legal advice. The documents are detailed and it is important that you review them prior to going unconditional on your purchase/sale contract.

Please note we may provide you with general Guides during the conveyancing process. These Guides are intended to supplement the Protocols and not replace them.
